Tennessee third state to recognize HS Awareness Week 2018
On April 9th, Governor Bill Haslam proclaimed June 4-10, 2018 Hidradenitis Suppurativa Awareness Week in the state of Tennessee! Thanks goes to resident Elena Bou for contacting her state government to secure the proclamation.

Hi! Do you know of any dermatologist in the Nashville, TN area who treat HS? I have had a very mild case until recently. I am not sure if it is a coincidence or not, but ever since I had my COVID-19 vaccine, I have had multiple lumps appear under my right arm pit and either side of my groin. I know how bad the disease can get. My mom who is 63 has stage 4 and has had cancer caused by HS. I am 45. I have been so fortunate, but now I am concerned. A dermatologist I have seen for cystic acne and moles does not really treat HS. Thank you for your help.
